Tasting
All year long we give you the pleasure of tasting shellfish from our production.
On the terrace by the water, to enjoy our beautiful pond, in the farmhouse, or simply at the counter…
Raw oysters and mussels, seasoned with lemon or vinegar, ‘Nino’ style (one of our specialities) or “au gratin” (gratinated) with a sauce that goes beyond the usual standards.
At Coqui Thau, no cream or cheese, no parsleyed butter, but a delicate blend of ten ingredients that leaves the oyster with all its flavour. Without forgetting our Mussel Brasucade with Salsa sauce.

We cannot offer you anything other than the products authorized by the prefectural decree in force.
Prefectorial decree “DDTM34-2015-01-04617 of 21 January 2015 modifying the decree of 11 October 2011 and regulating the activity of shellfish tasting on the public maritime or port domain of the Bassin de Thau”.
